Pottery 101 is a three-class beginner series designed to introduce you to the wonderful world of clay in a relaxed, supportive environment.\nAcross three sessions, you’ll learn foundational hand-building techniques and gain confidence working with clay from start to finish. You’ll have the opportunity to explore different techniques, develop your creativity, and create your own unique ceramic pieces along the way.\nThis series is perfect for anyone who has always wanted to try pottery but didn’t know where to begin. No previous experience is required. Whether you’re completely new to clay or simply want to build a stronger foundation, you’ll receive guidance throughout the process while having plenty of room to experiment and make each piece your own. Registration for the full three-class series includes all three sessions, and successful completion of the series makes participants eligible to attend Open Studio sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from noon to 8pm.\n
