We are a pottery studio and folk-art gallery in the Wytheville downtown historic district.

To bring the joy of creation to the local community. We invite travelers to experience the artistry and heritage of Appalachia.

Come sit a spell on the front porch, check out our gift shop, visit the workshop, and use our community workspace.

We offer private wheel throwing classes Thursdays through Saturdays for $70 per person for two 2 hour sessions.
Open Studio on Monday and Wednesday from 12-8pm is perfect for hobbyists wanting to work independently on projects, Glazes and firings are included in the cost of $10 an hour. Clay is purchased separately from the studio. Please note that a class must be taken at Laurel Creek Pottery prior to enjoying the open studio experience.
